Puddle Stone Wall Light

The Puddle Stone Wall Light by We Ponder forms part of the Duo Collection, combining glass and ceramic in a more grounded, material-led composition. A glossy, opaque glass bulb is gently indented and set against a hand-shaped, unglazed ceramic disc, creating a soft, diffused light that spreads evenly across the wall. The raw surface finish introduces subtle texture and tonal variation, bringing depth without distracting from the overall simplicity of the form.

Developed in collaboration with Cygnet-based ceramicist Ian Clare and Poatina-based glass artist Keith Dougall, the piece reflects a commitment to authentic, locally made Tasmanian design. The contrast between refined glass and fabric-pressed ceramic gives the fitting a tactile quality, allowing it to sit comfortably within relaxed, contemporary interiors. Designed for bedrooms, hallways, and layered lighting schemes, it offers a quiet, considered approach to wall lighting with a distinctive material presence.
