Known affectionately (and accurately, if you ask him) as GOL, Elias has a sharp eye for the bigger picture and a designer’s instinct for creating light that transforms a space.

Classic dad hair, an unwavering love of plaid, and a surprisingly masterful talent for hosting a BBQ that could feed thousands, he brings personality as well as leadership. He takes daily pranks and torment in stride… a sign of patience, resilience, and a team comfortable enough to test him constantly.

Founder and ultimate can-do man, George is the innovative problem-solver at the heart of Lights Lights Lights. The one who sees a challenge and dives headfirst into crafting a solution.

He brings calm focus, genuine care and steady leadership to everything he does. Unflappable in a crisis, he’s exactly the person you want beside you when things get complex. Off-the-shelf isn’t his thing; if it can be improved, customised, or rethought, George will find a way.

With boofy hair touched by a silver fleck and a committed relationship with the colour orange, George balances precision with natural warmth. He laughs so hard he cries, and has a soft spot for movies, Chelsea F.C., and dad jokes of every calibre… the clever, the cringe worthy, and the ones that should never be repeated.

Lucy is the lighting designer you didn’t know you needed. With a background in interior design, she brings a strong understanding of space, proportion, and how people truly live within their homes. Whether it’s because she is undeniable talented or a complete overachiever, her approach to lighting is always considered, adding depth, mood and dimension to a home while always respecting the way a space functions from day to day.

Erin is Lights Lights Lights’ guardian of the fine print. Meticulous, thoughtful, and with an eye for the extraordinary, she ensures every detail is explored, every decision deliberate, and every project delivered to it’s fullest potential.

A lover of backstories and forever-changing coffee orders, Erin balances impossibly high standards with an effortless memory for the little things. Particular? You could ask Elias, George, or her hairdresser. But present her with a challenge, and she’ll exceed expectations, keeping clients reassured, and every project running seamlessly.

Detail-obsessed and always up for a long-winded story, Erin leaves no stone unturned, so it’s best not to leave anything unsaid.

Shae is the go-to at Lights Lights Lights. The person everyone turns to for answers, pricing, or the exact dose of honesty they didn’t realise they needed. With over 17 years in lighting, her knowledge is almost as old as the studio itself, and just as reliable.

A woman of many talents, Shae can deliver a lighting fast comeback in one breath, and bake the most delicious sourdough in the next, and all before the kids are out of bed. Sharp, intuitive, and across all the details, from project specs to office chatter, her advice is direct, her instincts trusted, and her wit often the sharpest in the room.

Confident, uncompromising, and unapologetically real. Shae brings clarity, conviction and a little fire wherever she goes.

Leoni is our resident young gun at Lights Lights Lights, and naturally the most technologically advanced. As our media and marketing guru, she’s the mind behind the scenes, shaping how the brand shows up and stands out.

In true middle-child fashion, she operates in two distinct modes: head-down, headphones-on, deep in focus… or passionately debating Elias at full volume about almost anything (proof that we care deeply about what we do).

Happiest behind the camera, Leoni prefers crafting the story over starring in it, capturing the moments that define the brands identity. Her dedication stretches beyond the studio to the football pitch, where she brings the same strategic thinking, discipline and drive. Creative yet calculated, she has a talent for turning ideas into tangible results with effortless precision.

Mischievous, critical, and always down for a laugh, Leoni keeps the brand sharp, distinctive, and never ever dull.

Tracey is the operational backbone of Lights Lights Lights, the steady force ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

She’s across the details, anticipates problems before they surface, and keeps the team moving forward with a steady hand and a very sharp eye. Her strong sense of community and genuinely care for the people around her, shapes the day to day culture of the business. And if that wasn’t enough, she occasionally sweetens the studio with her famously delicious scones, raspberry jam and cream included, though somehow never frequently enough for our liking.

Leading with instinct, empathy and an deep sense of responsibility, Tracey wears many hats, organiser, problem-solver and work mum. In the midst of chaos, Tracey is the calm that keeps everything steady.

Chen is the engine room of Lights Lights Lights. Our warehouse champion and the reason things actually move. If it needs lifting, loading or logistical assistance, Chen’s already on it.

He says yes to every challenge and somehow manages to always be right… even on the rare occasion when he’s not. Calm under pressure, Chen appears unfazed by the team’s daily chaos (though, we suspect he thrives on it).He brings his impossibly high standards to just about everything, including team lunches, where his reputation as the world’s harshest food critic is thoroughly deserved.

Strong, capable, and steady, Chen keeps the operation humming with an impressive air of indifference. A steady presence behind the scenes, he’s the essential piece that keeps the Lights Lights Lights machine in motion.

Lucy is Lights Lights Lights’ newest burst of energy. Bringing five years of hands-on sparkie experience across residential and commercial projects, she arrives with a wealth of practical knowledge… which the team are more than happy to tap into (and occasionally test the limit).

Skilled, eager and enthusiastic, Lucy approaches every task with a can do spirit that lifts those around her. A true workaholic, though she insists it’s meant in the best possible way, she tackles each day with focus, drive and positivity. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her sailing, curled up with a good book, or enjoying a well-earned glass of red… though tequila is never off the table.

Bright, bubbly, and fiercely motivated. Lucy’s energy is contagious. She’s proof that when the right person joins the team, everything clicks into place.
