7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Suppliers
• Freight providers
• Customs or external factors

Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to Australian Consumer Law.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind (unless agreed)
• Custom or made-to-order products

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within [X] days of delivery.

9. Warranties

Products may be covered by manufacturer warranties.

Lights Lights Lights will assist with warranty claims where applicable but is not the manufacturer.
